The words with initial capitalization have meanings defined below. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
Definitions
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to Nishastylein.
- Services refer to the consulting, training, coaching, and related sessions provided by the Company.
- Appointment means any scheduled session or consultation you book with us.
- Website refers to Nishastylein, accessible from https://nishabhallaimageconsultant.com
- You means the individual or entity accessing or using our services.
Service Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service appointment or session within 48 hours of the scheduled time for a full refund.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, or fail to show up for a session, the fee is non-refundable, except in the case of emergencies (at our discretion).
Refunds for Services
Since our services are customized and time-based, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Full refunds will be issued for appointments cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
- Partial refunds or rescheduling options may be offered in case of genuine emergencies, based on a case-by-case evaluation.
- Once a session is completed, no refunds will be issued.
- Packages or bundled sessions once started are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person with prior approval.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable under any circumstance:
- Services already delivered or partially used
- Personalized style reports or assessments that have been initiated
- Gifted services (unless cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled session)
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your appointment once, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed rescheduling windows will be treated as cancellations and are not eligible for a refund.
